ACTELL Elderly Care, Inc., is a 24-hour Home Health agency, operating in Orange, Osceola Seminole and Brevard counties. Our President/CEO Ms. Terrel V. Dennis founded ACTELL elderly Care, Inc. in July 1998. During the illness of her father, Ms. Dennis and her siblings were the caregivers for him. During this time they attempted to find help for him that would enable him to remain in the comfort and security of his home. Unfortunately, they discovered an enormous lack of qualified, trustworthy, caring and willing people in this profession. Ms. Dennis researched in great lengths the Central Florida area to determine the need for this type of service. Noticing the demand, she decided to enter the elderly care industry herself and did so in July 1998. Her goal is to provide supportive, understanding care for our clients in their homes so they may remain as independent as possible. Clients are given the opportunity to evaluate the caregivers as we attempt to match clients and caregivers to compatibility.
